Electric Roaster with Circulation Pump – 100 – 250 Kg
The 100 -250 Kg Electric roaster machine is used mainly for roasting and demoisturizing the products (Eg: cereals, spices, flour powder) before and after grinding, Also can be used to prepare Paneer,Pickle, Jam, Ayurvedic Lehyam etc , By using the JK Electric roaster, the labour and usage of firewood can be reduced monumentally. A circulator pump is used to circulate thermic fluid with in the SS vessel, This roaster comes with SS container for roasting, by which the taste of the material will remain same. Like any other roasting machine, the maintenance is much low and acts very cost friendly. The raw material is fed into the rotating SS vessel and heated by Electric Coils. Simultaneously the material is stirred by stationary stirrers. After achieving the required product, the material can be discharged to a collection vessel through the discharge hole by removing the plunger.
